Naku started with two siblings, one shared dream, and a lifelong love for the sea.

We’re Nico and Sara, brother and sister, and some of our earliest memories are tied to the ocean; learning to swim, watching the tides, and feeling that unique freedom only the sea can give.

Years later, life took us in different directions. Sara built her career in digital marketing in London, while Nico became a captain in Mallorca, living and breathing the boating world every day.

At some point, it just made sense to bring our worlds together. Naku is the result: a platform designed to connect people with trusted boat partners and unforgettable experiences on the water.

Naku comes from Nalu (waves) + Moku (boat, island), inspired by Hawaiian culture and its deep respect for the ocean, a value that guides everything we do.
